This Privacy Policy describes how sslexpire.net ("we", "our", or "the service") handles information when you use our website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not store the domains you submit on our servers as part of any user record. Submitted domains are used solely to perform a real-time TLS handshake and parse certificate metadata, and are not retained as personal data after the request completes.

• No user accounts, no sign-up, no authentication.
• No collection of personally identifiable information (PII).
• No selling or sharing of any data with third parties.

2. Local Storage (Your Browser Only)

We use the browser's localStorage to provide a better experience. The following keys are stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to our servers:

• domains — your most recently submitted list of domains, so the form is pre-filled next time.
• cookie_accepted — a flag indicating you have dismissed the cookie notice banner.

You can clear this data at any time through your browser's site data settings.

3. Caching of Certificate Metadata

To reduce repeated outbound TLS connections, certificate metadata (issuer, validity dates, common name, SAN entries) is cached for up to 30 minutes in Cloudflare Workers KV, keyed by domain only. This cache contains no user identifiers, no IP addresses, and no information that can be used to identify a particular visitor.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We do not set any tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or fingerprinting techniques.

5. Server Logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep transient request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for operational and abuse-prevention purposes, in accordance with their own privacy practices. We do not use these logs to build user profiles.

6. Children's Privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
